Callie nodded.

"Sounds good. Come on you three. Let's get some grub." She said.

"Adym, mind staying with Kai for now? I'll come back here afterward. Just... with the whole draining thing earlier, I really don't like the idea of him being alone."

Callie just laughed.

"You two really are." She agreed with a nod.

"Anyway, we'll be back later."

A few days later, everyone was disembarking from the ship, the crowds were... well... crowded as was to be expected. Of the little group that had collected, only three had an easy time getting off. Karivyn and Sara, due to being a centaur and a child, and Kai. Granted, Kai just dove overboard and swam to shore, but he still had an easy way off.

Ceth, Callie, and Adym were all making their way through the crowd and off without much of anything going on.

At least until someone shoved through the people - going the wrong way - and shoved Ceth to the ground. Before anyone could properly react, they had stopped and bent over, as if to help him up and apologize. As soon as he grabbed their hand though, they started saying something, chanting something, at a vvery low volume. So much so that no one else heard it.

It didn't last long before they pulled Ceth to his feet, and seeming to break apart and fade.

"The fuck!?" Callie exclaimed

"Seriously. The fuck?" Callie asked.

"That can't have been ...." She paused, shook her head.

No one else was reacting to what had happened.

No one else seemed to have even noticed.

Only the three of them, and even then, Callie was starting to find it hard to actually focus on it.

Callie was silent.

"I ... what the hell?" She asked.

". . . something really doesn't feel right." She added before sighing.

"Let's... let's just go, yeah."

"That's.... very true." Callie agreed.

"I... we hadn't thought that far in advance." she added before pausing a moment and looking to the distance.

"Hey, there's your sis there." She said, motioning to the approaching brunette.

"You taking off with her now?" She then asked.

"By chance... is your friend anything like us?" Callie asked, trying not to make it too obvious due to the fact that she really didn't want to be discovered. It wouldn't do for them to be found and known too quickly, after all.

"If so, would you mind if Adym and I, at least, tagged along? Trying to gather all we can and whatnot." She added with a light shrug before looking toward Karivyn and Sara.

"You two are of course welcome to join if you'd like, as well."

Sara shook her head after Karivyn asked his question. She had no issues with going along with them, as she realised it would likely be better to stick together by this point.

And that meeting the others was likely why they were told to be on that ship in the first place.

"All right then. Do you know where she may be found?" Callie asked, her voice curious.

"As that would give at least a bit of a direction."

Sara paused as she heard that.

"Talgrad?" She asked Kai after a couple of seconds.

"I... I know where." She then added, in essence saying she knew where the town was.

"Can you lead us there?" Callie asked, her vocie curious. Sara just nodded.
