@sunny: Yup, my parents have both had serious heart surgeries and both are over weight and eat whatever they want and they don't even drink water!! Just like sweet tea or soda.

If I have off, I plan to have a Halloween party with family. My mother-in-law is one town over and she only works weekdays.
@dragoness129: Sounds like fun. My building is going a Halloween party that day before. Not sure how that is going to be safe with COVID, but I trust them. They have been really good about keeping our building clean and no one has gotten COVID.

@sunny: Does your mom add a lot of sugar? Cause just tea on it's own is good for you. But yeah, just imagine all of the sugar and junk we have in our food. We don't have EU food standards.

That sounds good. I just picked up some Teavana tea in the grocery store. I got Jade Circus Mint, Peach Tranquility, and Lemon Ginger Bliss.
@sunny: I know what you mean, Black tea can be healthy too by the way. With no sugar it's mostly like lightly flavored water, but when you add the sugar and milk, not so much. XD And other teas do have more antioxidants!
