try getting onto your knees and elbows and gently rock back and forth :( can sometimes get some of it out that way

@Kitalpha Hart: lol it’s ok. It’s normally how British people say they have trapped gas. I was nauseous before with a ton of gas pain. It was bad.

@Kitalpha Hart: yeah it really sucks. I have IBS and that means that my tummy just gets like that sometimes.

Usually when I have trapped gas I drink something fizzy like Sprite. Force myself to at least burp. If that doesn't work then I just lay there in pain.
