It was great time. They had food and dinner at the end. But during the party it was karaoke time! I did two songs by Namie Amuro and in total during the party there was 7 different languages sung between all the employees.
Because I sang I got entered into a raffle and I won a pair of movie tickets!

@Priestess of Pie: yeah I’m glad too. And it was probably cheaper for them to do that then to rent out a space with catering and all that. Plus it was during work hours which is cool. The prizes were nice. They also had gift baskets. ^^
@vengeance: thank you. Makoto Shinkai’s next movie comes out in Jan. So I think I’m going to go see it with those tickets.

@Totalanimefan: I might, but I don't like to go to movie theaters that much. I like movies, but I like the ability to stop them and walk away to do other stuff if I want to, and then come back

@athabm: yeah I don’t really like going to the movies either but I do like supporting anime movies when they come to America. They are normally so good but lots of people never see them.

@Totalanimefan: True, but where I live there are a lot of anime movies that get played, so I'm sure it will be a success in this area whether or not I end up going. It depends on the days its in the theater and what other plans I have. If any of my friends want to go, then I'll probably see it.
