Tell me about your holiday or family traditions around the holiday.
My family always watches the Muppet Christmas Carol. It's not Christmas without it <3

@totalanimefan: This will be my second time celebrating the holiday with a different family. So usually we have dinner, bon fire, open presents and be social around the fire place while sipping something warm. Usually everyone goes to bed and my little family go back home and end the night watching the weirdest/sci fi film we can find. And talk about Our xmas day/dinner.

My favorite holiday tradition is Santa Lucia's Day, on December 13th, because I liked dressing up and eating saffron buns as a kid. It also helps build up excitement for Christmas, because its about the halfway point to the holiday.

Are ya ready, guyz?!

Get tree from tree farm tho some years we don't do that and get it from Home Depot or the local nursery because hey little kids
Set up and decorate on the 24th
Metropolis I hate this one
Last minute shopping
Focus on the littles
For some reason dad's the one who hands the presents out
Go from carefully going around the bush to plowing right through it after my sister leaves

These aren't in order

Put ya guns awn!

@inatlaka: that sounds really nice. I could go for that.
@athabm: I’ve never had saffron buns but I think I would like then. I tried cardamom buns for the first time about a month ago and I loved it!!

My family doesn't really have traditions, but I've been trying to set some up for myself. So far it's decorating my tree with a specific theme. This year was a rainbow tree.
