zzz i feel work uses up a lot of energy either way, it's hard to have like brain power or will power sometimes to do anything else but relax / veg

I used to eat at 10pm, now it’s 8pm.

i had dinner already today lol .... i was hungry around 4 but i was like let me wait til 5 so i don't get too hungry again before bed

I don’t go to sleep until midnight, but I don’t want to eat too late. It’s hard when you eat right before bed.

I always need time to calm down and get into a sleeping headspace.
If I’m having trouble sleeping I read, but usually I watch something.
I just decided to watch every animated scooby soo movie (that’s good) in order. I’ve seen 2 now.

back when i used to ... go outside and do things lol. even if i got home p late at nite i still had to relax / wind down / alone time for an hour before i sleep

So, the first was Zombie Island which is my favorite Scooby Doo movie. I really love it.
The second is the Witch’s Ghost and I think it’s also very good. Great music
