On occasion when I post it'll show my new post and pop up with the yellow bar saying there's a new post.
But the new post is mine!

Sometimes I get that yellow bar too! I'll be working on a post and the bar shows up but when I click on it, there's nothing there. Wierd.

I'm guessing this isn't fixed yet, since its happened to me a couple times yesterday and again today. I get the New Post message after I post and when I click it, it will repost my post. So its like double posting. Just an FYI
@Azure: Yes, still in the works to be fixed! You're not actually making a double post, it's more like Voltra is being slow. lol
