You can sometimes get incubators from the pokestops (but thats rare I think), plus doing theeeeee research things the professor gives you sometimes gets you incubators. Leveling up also gives them sometimes.
that's good to know. I can't afford to purchase any right now, so I'm glad there are still free ways to get them. i know they used to be much more common, but that was just before/shortly after I joined. xD
you can earn coins to purchase them by putting pokemon in gyms! you can get a max of 50 coins per pokemon in a gym. I think its 12 hours gets you 50 coins, maybe. I might have to look that up..
That's the downside of being team instinct. Though I will never change!! xD My area is very "GO TEAM MYSTIC" and this one guy. (i even know who he is because it is one of my brother in laws friends) lives in the apartment next to our gym and he and I battle it out. and he'll just take it back sometimes before I even get 5 coins xD He has to be loaded with coins as often as he controls the gym.

Yeah i heard about the change teams thing. And I had 2 years to pick my team, so I'm not planning to change mine xD Eh I can't be bothered. Every time i see a raid starting I go down and take over the gym so that i get at least 50 minutes of time in a gym. :#
