I think Vivienne will be the Flower Garden hostess.
I support the Vivienne Flower Garden Hostess theory and posit Velvet as the Duchess! Unless they are one in the same. In which case, I still posit Velvet as the Duchess.
Though, I think Vivienne as the Queen of Hearts would be an adorable sight to see as well. ^_^
