she didn't even tell us like 2 weeks ago her water heater broke and she turned off the water.

@MoodyB: what the heck. That’s awful that she did that!! I moved into a place that I didn’t know had a broken hot water heater. It was Dec so we couldn’t even shower until it was fixed.
