ALWAYS PING ME

@llyr: 70's is hot for Feb depending on where you live. It did reach 70 today and I was hot walking around with an outer layer.
I'm originally from Florida, so that's why I'm solar powered lol.
I feel like when it's cloudy and raining for more than like a day I'm very low energy. When I lived in England it was never sunny and it was hard to get out of bed somedays.

@Totalanimefan: We also got hit with that 70ish weather. Sun is still shining, but the temp has gone down since the other day.
I'm definitely solar-powered. lol.

    @Totalanimefan: We finally hit some cooler temperatures today but we were still very bright and sun shiney.
    My husband is solar powered! His family came up from Florida before he was born and he definitely missed
    out on the location and the weather. Here in Tennessee our warm months are too mild for him and our cooler
    months are too cool/overcast/dreary for him.

@llyr: Get him a SAD lamp. I have one. I don’t use it that much in DC but I do some days and I’m glad I have it.

    @Totalanimefan: are those one of the lamps that emulates true sunlight?

@llyr: Yes. :)
The only requirements you should look for are at least 10,000 Lumens and it's UV-free. Mine is big and has an extra feature of color changing. So it can look like sunrise/sunset or daylight.

    @Totalanimefan: I’ve heard so many good things about those lamps but I am always so hesitant to splurge and get them. But I think I would like them myself just for the sunrise/sunset feature.

@llyr: I don’t use it all the time but I see a difference when I do use it. Luckily the sun does still come out here during the winter. Just not all the time.
