I would love for there to be a name change option. I never use it, but I know that other would.

It can also be like the first name change is free and after that it costs volts/ohms. I think ohms sounds better so that it also motivates people to buy the cash currency :0
I suppose so, so does that mean it becomes more expensive the more someone changes it? It depends if the staff are okay with constant changes vs making it harder for people to keep changing their names.
Yeah it should be Volts so that it can also be a small gold sink.

A username change option is on our to-do list, but it's not our top priority sicne we have many more features to impliment as well. Honestly, it might be something you see in one of the next site updates.
@Thalanil: I personally want to apologizes for not updating you on the status of your ticket. I did reach out and we had a small discussion based on my follow up questions. I'd prefer you send me a pm to ask for an update / assist you with the issue in the future. I have talked to baz to see if we can complete your request, since I know there is dev and coding work necessary for the change. (It's been busy behind the scenes and he's got a lot of coding on his hands already.)

I think something like Gaia's name change system would be nice.
Get your first maybe one or two changes free, then start charging, and more and more each time.
So you use up your free changes, then it costs you 500 volts, then 1k, then 2k, then 3k, etc. (Or you know more if you want to discourage the name change or make sure people don't take it so lightly.)
