@xvz: I actually only did that course which had theory classes in it too. Theory classes were shorter and easier for me.
Xvz, the only time where I usually cook was eggs... Just eggs lol; it's kinda funny because I'm not really into cooking ( >w> ;;; )
On an unrelated note, I wanted to do the eggs-only diet (probably tomorrow) just to lose weight but my brain kept telling me "no" and the lack of will power to do so

@xvz: We had this textbook which taught you how to prepare different types of cuts, how to sharpen your knives, recipe cards, etc. Also was the first time I knew what salmonella was. xD

I like weather and I find it very interesting. I was looking on reddit and one of my subreddits posted data about the 2020 hurricane season. Which is record breaking and then I started looking at 2005 season which was the worst season on record before 2020 (and in some ways still is) and then I was looking up Cat 5s-- I'll stop now XD

but i thiiink paleo is like ppl mostly eat proteins and veg ... ? it can be kind of popular in the states ......... personally i try to think of food as nourishment , but i think there's a lot of food culture that frames it as punishment
