Well that would be why we're getting alerts - Eta is just south of us (I'm in the Tampa Bay area of Florida), so things should be "fun" around here for the next day or so

Eta's not a big deal right now. It's just a tropical storm and the homes in FL are meant to withstand way more.

@Totalanimefan: Yeah we didn't put up the hurricane shutters or even move anything around to secure it other than a couple of things that were already blowing around a little bit. Yes, I know we'll be fine. I'm really not worried about it. No, we're not close enough to the coast to have that be a concern. Thanks though. I guess I really should force the issue with the dogs though and get them out for a walk before the rain gets worse...

Yeah the dogs have to be walked before the storm is bad. My dog would rather hold it for 16 hours then go out in the rain lol
