ohh alpha protect? is that the same thing as like clipping masks?
i do think there is a tiny bit of difference in the effect it has ~ drawing each part with color i think gives off like a sharper edge / more finish/polish
whereas i feel like coloring lines w/ clipping mask afterwards feels more like casual/painterly ?

Me too~ Some of my favorite things to read are like kids comics and ya novels. XD And there are some picture books that can bring me to tears. ; w;
Not too confident that we'll have no covid cases, but oh well, I guess. Staff at schools just aren't used to sanitizing like they do at hospitals...

There's this one ongoing comic series that I really like called 5 Worlds by a group of artists/writers. It's really cool, about a girl who's a "sand dancer" who has to light the beacon on each of the five worlds to save them from ruin. Love the characters and the art.
Yeah, it sucks, but I guess schools are thinking kids won't get much of an education at home.. I'm not sure what their reasoning is..
