I don't like modded Stardew. I like playing it the way it was intended. I had a friend who had cheats and mods she wanted me to use to get a bunch of end game tools and stuff, and I'm like...nah, the whole point of the game is to play and earn those items with hard work, not cheats.

I like modded Stardew 'cause I've gotten everything in the vanilla game - the only mods I got that I can remember were like, Seasonal Diverse SDV and Elliott romancing mods, really lol

I like vanilla stardew as well
played with some friends that wanted the mod that added some new npc's/areas though our farm is quite big with a really nice layout but im not really interested in any cheat mods or anything like that
we briefly had one that stopped time if someone stood still for too long but we got rid of that real quick cause waiting for everyone to go to sleep was the worst lol

The worst SDV mod I encountered game-play wise had an unfortunate glitch where all the NPCs would walk to the train station and stand on top of each other...

Oh, one time a former friend of mine didn't install a mod correctly and to leave Linus's tent, he had to go into a rock... and he came out as a chair?

And i had this weird glitch one when, on my screen, i was walking normally but my friends saw me gliding around, ominously floating above the ground while holding my scythe.
