Honestly though I really did like it when I was in middle school and I think the beginning of the story is great. But it gets ruined by filler eps. My sister is watching it during the quarantine.
Having not watched it fully, I feel like I've missed out on an important part of my culture.
I love the music to Naruto. The openings and endings still hold up. I also love the music from Bleach but very much dislike Bleach.
One Piece is where it's at.
Gosh One Piece is such an undertaking though. It's very intimidating.
Yes it is. It's about 250 chapters more than Naruto. (Talking about the manga)
But gosh I love One Piece so much, the characters, the world building, the epic sagas. Everything is so well written. I would recommend the anime but there are places where it gets too close to the manga and they don't really do much filler so the pacing really slows down.
The manga is the same story, but it's a nonstop ride!

Some day I'll break down, but I have shorter series to catch up on lol.
DBZ is probably the most I've watched as far as long running shows... but even that I haven't seen ALL of it...
After 3 or so seasons though, most shows start to suffer.
I barely have the patience for like a 12 episode series these days, no attention span
There's just so much now. It's hard to keep up with it all so I just watch stuff friends recommend. sometimes that backfires though
I usually just watch whatever my sister puts on DKLJHD she likes dubs so, makes it easy for me to zone out without getting lost
I was just saying how great it was that Naruto stops and explains everything 3 times because even with subtitles I can get work done. XD
DYING usually thats the thing that puts me off from shounen anime is like... they make up these dumbass concepts they gotta explain 1000 times and Im either like
"I dont care, I dont get it and I never will... call it magic or something and move on Ill accept it..."

Back in my day anime didn't explain shit. It just threw the wackiest thing it could and left you to wonder what the creators were smoking.
I really do want to see the whole thing like, I know a lot of people get turned off by things that are popular, but I want to know what makes them so endearing.
