@glume: noted, though I am ignorant so like what constitues as metal? Cos he is into some pretty hardcore shit... And I don't know what makes the difference between metal and hardcore what whatnot. Like before I met him I thought metallica was pretty hard but the stuff he listens to makes them sound like nickleback tbh XD
@Luffer Nutter: THAT is a can of worms, right there. I'm a firm believer that metallica started metal but lost all their power when they cut their hair. Pretty much anything I've heard on the radio only counts as like... easy listening and light rock. Unless its the classics like Mororhead and Megadeth.
But personally I'm into anything from folk metal to tech death, so.... yeah, can of worms...

@glume: yeah and don't get me wrong I am pretty sure he likes and respects metallica too, but I went to a show with him, and let me tell you I will only be joining him at venues that serve alcohols o numb the pain in case I accidently get knocked from being 10 ft near the pit ;;>.>
@Glume: I can totally respect and dig that, I am just fragile, which is why I need alcohol to numb the pain, so I can continue to dig it. You can literally feel the energy in the air and I very much like that, but it is also quite far out of my comfort zone sooo.... /chugswine
