Lol I'm sure this won't last for long. Probably because it's still new being here.

which hand sign do you use for "eating" I taught my girls the baby sign where you tap a closed C (because forgot the actual wording for it) on your lips.

@Shadami: my grandmother's hair became grey-ish. After she died, he hair became her original colour again.
@Another Movie Addict: he will learn soon enough

Handsign for eating is, with a flat hand, taping your lips with the tips of your fingers.

@Tuijp: Socks will teach him.

My dad shaved his head when he started chemo. But his hair was still a thick wavy solid black before that, he shaved it because he couldn't bare the thought of it falling out.

my husband shaved his hair because he starting having a receding hairline and panicked. . .
xD
he claims it was actually "to support cancer awareness" so i let him get away with it. and than teased him because it was clearly because he didn't like that the top of his head was balding on its own.

@Shadami: with normal people, it doesn't change. Normal people also don't spit up their fake teeth after they die...
No, nothing sticking out, just all flat.
@Another Movie Addict: it started falling out a little for my mother and then she shaved it off. When it came back, it was almost completely grey.
@Boris: I just have the feeling that you miss out so much because you are afraid of things that might happen
@Shadami: my bro also shaved his head because he grey out of his hair. I sometimes tease him by standing behind him and rub my finger over the top of his head, making the sound like you rub a wet finger over glass.

i mean.. i've been around quite a few dead bodies at various funerals. but... xD i don't think i've seen either hair color change or teeth spit up.

@Another Movie Addict: yeah kida, but she was proud of her shaved head. Showing she was fighting the disease.
@Shadami: it never happens to anyone, but it happened with my grandmother.
We had to flue her teeth into her mouth at some point, to prevent them from being spit out again.

@Tuijp: Yeah I get that. My dad kept working on cars and other projects until he was forced into a wheel chair and even then he kept trying. It was a point of pride for him.

@Another Movie Addict: yeah they were. My mother got 3 weeks max after she was diagnosed, but managed to stay alive for almost 1.5 year more.
Also it's her birthday today. She would've been 59 today.

@Tuijp: I don't remember how long my dad was supposed to have. He's been gone 12-13 years now, and would've been in his mid-70's.
