Hi everyone!

I joined a few years back and managed to stop lurking after only a few weeks, but I've recently decided to immerse myself exclusively in websites that remind me of the whimsy of the earlier internet (which, for me, is avatar websites) so here I am once more! I cannot promise I will not revert to my old ways of lurking around, but seeing as it is quite quiet here I'll do my best to pitch in and make it a bit more lively.

I'm always reading something new if you're looking for book recommendations, and someday I will begin my quest to play a laundry list of old video games that I managed to get my hands on, but that may have to wait for life to slow down a bit again!

@Voz: I've been into polar opposite genres lately, either fantasy/sci-fi or nonfiction. I recently read A City on Mars by Kelly and Zach Weinersmith and its a little bit of both worlds falling into pop-science.
