@AngelicTeaTime: It's ok. I'm still low energy so I'm on able to post for a short amount of time and then I go and lay down.

@Totalanimefan: oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that! MY friends who had it said losing their sense of taste was the WORST of the symptoms. They were close to being hospitalized and had a really bad cough but they said it was worse to not be able to taste food because it was hard to make themselves just eat for the sake of eating

@Bonnie: I would hate to lose my sense of taste because I can't eat onions as they make me sick. If I couldn't taste that a dish had them at a restaurant I would be sick a lot more.
Plus it would be even harder for me to find things to eat. I do like food. I could kinda taste my lunch, so that was good. What's funny is that during this all the food I've had has tasted really salty and normally I love salty. I think it's because you can taste salt even when you can't smell?

How's your day going?

@Totalanimefan: that makes sense that you can still taste the salt! it is going well. the work day is almost over. i have to jet AS SOON as i get off and get gas and then make it home to get to therapy session on time. i'll have my session and then maybe take a nap or something. idk

@Bonnie: naps after therapy are pretty common. They can be a lot on your brain, but probably not tonight cause it's like the getting to know your therapist type of visit. ^^

@Bonnie: She might be able to do that as well. Based on my experience I would think this session would mostly be talking and getting to know one another and you can tell her about yourself and your past. The like advice and stuff tends to come after, but you can totally ask her whatever questions you want. Not everyone's experience is the same with therapists. I just didn't want you to think that you would be 'cured' in one session ^^

@Bonnie: Yeah usually the orbs are always amazing, but I remember being quite disappointed with the ones that had the different fashions from different decades. Too many of the poses felt like items that should be commons, but maybe that's just me. As for food, I love finding cheap but good street tacos. I hate when restaurants charge like $3 a taco, which is just highway robbery. I remember trying PF Chang's for the first time, and I was soooo disgusted with it. I ordered steamed rice as part of my order, and I swear theirs tasted like instant rice? Like, you're supposed to be "fancy" Chinese, and you're charging me all this money for garbage quality. Never went back, and never will.

@Alorrena: Fair enough on the cow tongue lol. I love chewy textures when it comes to proteins, but I know for some it can be tiring. xD And that's a good idea to look at the menu for the Brazilian steakhouse. I'm sorry that Tucano's left you disappointed, but hopefully it doesn't deter you from going again. I hate when good things are taken off the menu as well. One of my favorite chain restaurants in the area here keeps changing its menu where it seems they take away the good stuff and hike up the prices for what they keep. I remember being so salty when they changed the contents of their chirashi don, which is essentially a sushi bowl. Used to have a large assortment of fish on top of the rice, but then one day we ordered it and they had maybe 5 different kinds? Total letdown. We've learned now to ask what "assortment" of fish is offered for dishes like that, because for all we know, "assortment" means 3 kinds. And I know exactly where you're talking about for the connector part of Boise since that's the route we took anytime we went downtown lol. I miss the parks over there, save for the goose poop. xP My son is 4! Also regarding hot springs, we used to love going to the one in Idaho City, which they just called The Springs. We loved getting couple's massages and sipping on wine while enjoying the spring lol.

@Wildfire: My weekend was good. Not very productive, but it was nice to relax and enjoy good food lol. How's your week been?

@Totalanimefan: Ohnoes!! I'm sorry you got the 'rona too. D; Hope you guys have a speedy recovery!

@Aisukohi: Thanks. Each day is a different symptom, so I wonder what tomorrow will be like. Hopefully I only have this for a week and no longer and no long COVID. I have tickets to an event on Sat and Sun that I booked about a month ago. I would like to be able to go. ^^;

@Totalanimefan: That's what it was like for me when I had covid in late January, different symptoms every day. The waiting to test negative was annoying because of my job being so essential as I was. We made it work so I didn't have to request any sick days, but man, wouldn't want to do that again. I hope you can go to your event!!

@Aisukohi: I'm hoping that tonight I loose the hard to sleep one XD
I'm sorry you had to go through it. We were doing well, but it's no use when one person in your house has it. I hope that I can too! One was a free ticket, but the tickets are sold out now. It's an outdoor orchestra concert, and the other is paid and it's a street fest. ^^

@Totalanimefan: Oh man, well I definitely hope you can get some rest tonight. I was very grateful for the nighttime Mucinex when I had it, because that knocked me right out and I swear I've never slept so well. xD NyQuil would probably do the same if I tried it. And I know what you mean--unless you have a big house, kind of impossible to keep everyone from getting sick. All 3 of us got it when we had it, but we have a 2bd/2ba that's less than 1k square feet, so you do the math. xP Both of those events sound really fun! I enjoy the idea of going to an orchestra in general. There's a group here called the Jacksonville Symphony I've always been wanting to try out. Would give me an excuse to dress up, which I love doing but hardly have an occasion to do so. And outdoor festivals area always fun assuming the weather wants to cooperate.

@Aisukohi: Well we didn't know they were sick until somehow we all got sick on the same day and it the timing was exactly right from the meeting of the person who 'had a cold'. So probably it was from them.
NyQuil for once in my life is not knocking me right out, but I also no there is no way I would get any sleep if I didn't have it in my system. So I'm thankful for it.
Luckily this house is a 2B/2.5B but also it has stairs go to get food or water or let the dog out, we have to use the stairs and that is not a good combo with Rona.
I got dressed up for Hadestown when it came to our musical theatre. My friend really wanted to dress up so I did too. This outdoor one seems more casual? I think it will be nice. I just love music. Maybe you should go and see a show when you feel comfortable too. I'm hoping for no rain this weekend, but it doesn't seem like it's going to rain so that's good. ^^

@Totalanimefan: That makes sense, and at least you know where you probably got it from. We think my son brought it home from school since he was the first to show symptoms. That sucks that you're still having trouble sleeping, but glad you have something to help out at least. Do you/have you had shortness of breath? I ask because of the stairs. I'm so glad we didn't experience that symptom because we also have stairs leading up to our front door, which is just one flight, but still. Hope the weather is nice for your events. I may look into tickets for the Symphony for sometime later this year. I've got a concert I'm going to in a couple weeks and I'm hella excited for it. And I've got another I'm want to go to in July that's in Tampa, so going to buy tickets for that soon before they get sold out like they did for the venue here in town. I'm not too salty about that since I do love the Tampa area. Just waiting to hear from my siblings to see if they want to go before I get the tickets.

@Aisukohi: Yeah it was probably from school. Kids just give each other all of the sicknesses lol.
I only have shortness of breath if I climb the stairs and then after like a min I'm ok. I'm very low energy in general. I have a Blood Oxygen monitor so I've been checking once in a while. Lowest I've been in 97% my husband got to 92% on his worse day. Been ok since. I hope shortness of breath isn't something I get in the future.
What concert are you going to? Tampa is far for a concert, but if you love the band it's worth it!

@Totalanimefan: Kids definitely know how to spread stuff lol. I'm not mad about it though. Just boosts our immune systems. Glad your oxygen levels haven't suffered too badly. The one I'm going to in a couple weeks is in St. Augustine, and it's Three Days Grace, Black Veil Brides, Ice Nine Kills, and Motionless in White. The one in Tampa is Coheed and Cambria and Dance Gavin Dance. I've always wanted to see the latter band live, but the first is a nice treat since I like a lot of their songs, especially their latest single. I've been to Tampa for concerts before, which is where I first saw Ice Nine Kills. That's when it was in Ybor City, which is when I discovered they have street chickens. xD

Both of them sound like a lot of fun! Do you think your siblings will want to go?
I'm going to Otakon in July and they always have good musical guests. I'm hoping that they can get some artists from Japan this year (like they used to before the pandemic)

@Totalanimefan: I remember at the start of the pandemic there was this meme of Godzilla being passed around describing how kids would behave during the pandemic and their nature for spreading germs. xD It was gold. I know that at least 1 of my siblings wants to go (I'm the oldest of 5) but am waiting for the answer of 1 more, as the other 2 don't want to go. Hope you get to enjoy some international artists this year too! I should see when the cons are this year too...I believe the biggest one in Jacksonville is in October.
