Yeah, I was looking at buying a house too but the same thing happened here. Even the ones that are in my price range are sold as a "bundle" for rental properties. F that :|
I wouldn't mine buying a house and renting a room. But even if I had that kind of money I'm not going to maintain 3+ houses. That sounds like a nightmare
