Sure do love when a customer gets hostile, and decides you're stupid. Then calls you stupid when they get on the phone. She wanted an anthology by an African American author. A no -fiction one. Our African American fiction and nonfiction are together. She refused to look up and argued with me that she wanted nonfiction. We then go over to short stories in case it was over there. She then asked me if I knew what an anthology was. I show her our literature section. Got mad we don't have what she was looking for. Then calls me stupid to whoever she was on the phone with.
