@Ruby: So between 1:30 and 2 you can roll once and then between 2:00 and 2:30 you can roll once, and so on for each half hour period.

@Kent: Oh! Okay :3 and we keep doing the "coin toss" and then the person it hits or misses right? so like 1:30 - 2 is coin, 2-2:30 is person?
