What should I do with that backyard. I had some free time last night so I was looking into all that you can do with a small backyard and it's a lot. I think I would like a dining set, table and chairs for 4, but also I want a fire pit/heater there too. I'm not sure which one to get and it would probably be in March anyway, but I want to plan lol

As for the inside of the house I think that I'll just use the furniture that I have. The look of the kitchen and bathrooms are nice. I think I need more area rugs since there is no carpet in the house.
If you still have the link via PM you can view the backyard. They have photos of it. It's pretty small and I couldn't find the size in the listing but it seems like it's 15ft by 30ft? I want a gas fire pit, but I don't know if I can fit a fire pit with dining table and chairs (just for 4 people). Maybe I could get a heater like you see at restaurants when you sit outside? I also heard that there are heater you can put under the Umbrella and it will warm up the space.
I think I would also like a plant a Sakura tree. They are popular in this area but I don't know how much space it needs and how much sunlight or water. I would have to look into that.

@Amber Lynne: I try to get all of the rares when they are still available in the shops. If I can I try to get extras so that there is more in circulation but I can't always do that. I like exchanging items on avatar sites but also I like to be able to sell people items they have been questing for.
As for commons, normally on sites I don't mess with commons too much, but on Voltra the commons are really good and if I really like a common I get it in every color lol
