Lord cooking while disabled is hard

Well I had like a regular sized pumpkin and not the size you normally use for cooking. I had two big bowls of pumpkin. The one bowl i had, was able to make like 3 loaves of bread, some muffins and some cookies. The other bowl I gave to the lady across the street to make stuff too. It was a lot of pumpkin.

I think the smaller ones are slightly sweeter? I'm not really sure. I just know the smaller ones are usually used because they *are* easier to cut down and what not. But the pumpkin I had, was an un-carved pumpkin from Halloween.

You can eat the big pumpkins they're just not as tasty, especially the jack-o-lantern ones cause they aren't bred for taste
Yeah everything tasted fine. I just added what the recipes called for, and they usually add sugar too, so it made up for it.

- Since we won't be able to do normal Halloween stuff I'm probably going to spend way more time than necessary baking pumpkin-y things
I've got to make it to Halloween first. Wish me luck at my job interview next week haha -_-;

I don't really cook much anymore. Once a week I might make something for dinner but it's usually stove-top stuff.
