@Totalanimefan: I knew how to read the basic phonetic alphabets and some characters, so it wasn't too hard, but it really seemed to require money. 
@marupiter: I can read Japanese too, but not every Kanji XD
It does seem tough. I know that you are new here but it's not that hard to earn volts or items. Most monthly items sale for 5k volts (unless they are older, than they are more expensive), past event items are like 1-4k each, orb items are normally 2-3k for the common items, and the rarest usually go for 15-20k. There are some exceptions but that's mostly how it is. I'll send you some items.
@Totalanimefan: Thank you so much! It's good to know. I was looking at the item pricing thread yesterday and it's nice to see how much things go for. When joining an avatar site, I have a hard time designing my avatar, since I don't want my dream avatar to be totally out of a realistic budget. @marupiter: Yeah I know what you mean. There are only about 5 items that are really really rare and out of reach.
@Totalanimefan: By the way, do you know if there's any sort of avatar favoriting system on Voltra? I've seen a lot of avatars I like. @marupiter: there isn’t. You should suggest it in the feedback forum!
