@Amber Lynne: yeah. I am making Mac and cheese for lunch. That might help me feel better.
@sunny: sometimes I enjoy it and sometimes I don’t. I love baked goods and I love them fresh but the baking part with the sticky doughs and exact science and no room for error is not how I like it. I like cooking meals better cause you can add a bit of this and that and do what you want. It’s hard to do that with baking.
I just got a shipment of dry foods/pantry goods delivered to my house. It’s nice to have snacks, pasta, and other stuff in my house again. I’m trying to stock up on food before the 2nd wave. Whenever that is, but I think it’s about 2 weeks away.
@Totalanimefan: you're right, it can be quite a strict thing sometimes. I don't really have the patience for it tbh. I get overwhelmed very easily, though it is fun to eat the yummy stuff afterwards!
