Hi guys. I didn't end up returning last night. Long story short I had a really dumb panic attack because I had a slight cramp in my inner arm and my brain thought that meant I might be having a heart attack/heart problems. Even though I'm 28, eat well, thin, and workout/take walks. UGH

Try eating some kiwi or bananas if you can get ahold of any. You may just be low on potassium, which causes muscles to cramp up.
Also if you use your arm a lot without stretching it or drinking enough water.
Hope that eases the concern somewhat! Is it better today?
