My husband accidentally spilled coffee on the couch.
Luckily we have a couch with washable covers. It did get underneath a little bit but I have cleaner for that.

I put lotion on my feet each night myself.
I've been putting lotion on my feet a lot more before bed. It's been so dry lately.

i need more moisture in general but that executive dysfunction makes me end up not filling up the humidifier etc

i wake up with dry blood in my nose bc of how dry it is rip
