It took me a while to even like crepes because all the ones I kept having were all too spongy? Like...not the right texture that they should have been I guess.

I had to look up what those were, but they sound tasty! And some of my favorite proteins for tacos are things that make others squirm lol. I love beef tongue, beef head, and chewy pork skin. For some reason the last one is harder to find in restaurants or food trucks, but the others are fairly common.

Yeah, if you didn't know what it was, it tastes like any other cut of beef, just chewier lol. The head tends to be super tender and a little fattier, but it's delicious!
