Speaking of rain, my cat likes to wander outside even in the rain, but as soon as he gets inside, he'll yell at me because he doesn't like to be wet. So I'll get a towel and dry him off while he complains that I'm doing that, but as soon as he's dry, he's happy and starts head butting me

Problem with cold Halloween though is that costumes are completely covered for trick or treating. so it's hard to put effort into something no one will see. which is sad....
He's an old man -14yo, and my mom got him a couple years ago from the humane society because he reached out his paw to her
Yeah, here the costumes are covered by raincoats, so it seems pointless to dress up
Costumes are so much fun to! It just sucks they're made for 60-70 degree weather. almost no one has that exact temp that time of year.
Indoor parties are the way to go, even though it's not as exciting as outdoor trick or treating
When I was little, our local church had an indoor event that we'd go to. They had better candy than our neighbors anyway

When I was older, I went trick or treating with my friends instead, but some lady yelled at us and told us we were too old....we were only 12! I don't understand why people gotta be so nasty to kids sometimes

It wasn't even raining that year, and I had dressed up as warrior Athena, with a bloody spear. I spent a lot of time making that costume and accessories
