@Kairu: understandable! i live by myself and buy my groceries in pretty small & consistent 2 week increments, so I don't waste much at all.

@totalanimefan: When I was with my parents my mom was going out anyways for work, while my dad and I were both home either WFH or laid off, so she just did it and worked to stock us up, so we usually only needed milk or eggs and a few other things. Now I'm out in Ohio on a pretty tightly contained university campus, on top of a hill without a car, so unless a coworker is making a trip and I need something specific, I usually just order delivery. Plus, since it comes from one of the bigger towns near by, there's a better selection. :)

I figured out the puzzle, but couldn't figure out how the game wanted it formatted, so I had to check a semi-spoiler for that.

@Totalanimefan: Ah, today's a stretch what I have lol. I do grocery order with everything going on, and they usually stop delivering same day if you order after 4 or 5-- so I'll probably do takeout tomorrow & order groceries to be delivered Saturday.
@Kairu: oooo that's always the mental math battle of figuring out when i can ball out on delivery and when i need to be responsible and cook lol.

i like the event so far!! last night's threw me for a while until i figured out what exactly it wanted from me lol

i got it on the second try, but a pop-up blocker i didn't know i had (must have gotten accidentally turned on ugh) blocked my grant.
so, third time will hopefully be the charm! i should be a-maze-ing at this point

@Totalanimefan: I'm honestly avoiding most updates. I got a few local ones when I talked to my mom earlier, but I've been getting most through AP tweets or bots that retweet AP tweets (notably the BBC UWU bot which is horrible, but makes me laugh and god I need to laugh tonight)

@Totalanimefan: Indiana is one of the two states that closes at 6pm, with the other being Kentucky. I'm trying to stay off of social media (going very poorly) but last I saw votes were still being counted, but it was being assumed called for the incumbent governor.

@Totalanimefan: indiana. initial election results are saying he's won, so i'm interested/terrified/train-wreck-hooked waiting to see if he does put the state on a lock down now that he's apparently in for another term

@Totalanimefan: It's super wild. I think we talked about it before but I'm living away from my family/my home state, but still keep up because, well, family. There's talk that the governor is gonna lock them back down as early as tomorrow, and that he wouldn't do it any sooner because he's trying to get reelected. So, we'll see what happens with that.

i'm procrastinating taking the trash out because it's so cold in the evenings now.
i might just give in, and take it out on my way to work tomorrow.
