@Laufeia: Ooof I'm a teeth grinder too. Do you have a night guard yet? If not please get one before you grind your teeth away to nothing like me. T^T It doesn't help with pain though.

I usually only have bad dreams when I'm worried about something. Like my brain is trying to reconcile my stress. Sometimes it can help bring insight to a problem you're struggling with on the subconscious level, but only if you can recognize what the dream was caused by. Brains are weird yo.

@mizuie: I wasn't diagnosed until my 30's so it's worth checking out. They know a lot more about it now than they used to. Different people have different types of symptoms and a lot of people have been misdiagnosed or just missed altogether. Girls in particular as they tend to be more introverted than hyperactive.
