but it works really well.
I also have a natural sort of cream from a company i order from
which helps pain. so anything muscle related helps.
It's called pain-a-treat.
but pronounced pain-a-trate.
but it's all natural ingredients. but i've been using it since i was very little.
it does help. but i hate that menthol smell.

@chai: Slowly yes. I put some magnesium lotion my grandma gave to me
which helps with cramping and such.
so it's slowly going away.
