@Ravaen: much better.
slept right on my neck. switched my pillows.
think my new one was too stiff and i had one too many pillows.
lol. So I am feeling so much better and less dizzy.
Now I can focus on my art and livestream better without feeling dizzy.

I try to stream at least 1-2 times a day.

@Unicorn: Well i just wear one coat, couple of sweaters, and layered shirts haha.
i am under weight about 20lbs so it's hard for me to actually feel warm in the winter.
