Short Bio: Having spent most of his life traveling and selling wares, Zylar decided to settle down and make a steady business out of selling the herbs and trinkets that his family collects. With a much more stable market, the elders of his Pride have also chosen to make a home in the town he settled in, and the rest of the Pride comes and goes as they please. Sometimes, in the harsher seasons, the cubs who are approaching adulthood will help out in the shop to see if they want to settle or keep traveling and bringing back the goods; he won't admit it, but these are his favorite times. The shop is popular, bringing in far more profit than they ever managed to get while selling as they travel, and seeing everyone finally well fed and relaxed is well worth the initial fear of the elders. It wasn't so long ago that shapeshifters were hated and hunted for their parts, but the government outlawed it 100 years ago and the danger has, finally, passed. Still, they try not to shift where anyone can see, and if the towns folk think he has a rather large group of pet cats, it's not hurting anyone.Hair Color: dirty blond

oof, I cant imagine. work sent home thermometers with everyone so we can take our temps and do the health checks at home and just call in if we're feeling sick, cause uh. the forms corp has us filling out are like "come in and fill this form out and if you answered yes to 1 question or have a fever, go home!" like I am...already here, and the person leaving when I get in has probably left already, so I have to stick around until my replacement shows up, because the manager cant be left alone :vanora_upsidedown: so it makes more sense if we do it at home :vanora_xd:

@Whimsy: oh for sure! Romance when one of them is an animal most of the time is uh. probably not gonna be possible until the beans are spilled. I was thinking like. shapeshifter has a little crush but they think making the wizard more confident in himself is way more important. besides, how do you start a relationship with someone who is sorta just like a...customer? friend??? owner? (they try not to think to hard about what exactly is going on. wizard being more confident and sure of themself is way more important and was like. the whole point of this stupidly impulsive decision anyway)
I'll probably go for a non-binary character just cause I don't have any currently in RPs XD

@Totalanimefan: pretty much. brought it in for repair, they said it needed to be shipped out, saw it one last time when I was downloading all my files, next thing I know they're calling saying its a $500 fix on a $800 laptop that's only a year old :vanora_upsidedown: deny the repair and have them ship it back, go to pick it up and the screen now has a crack in the bottom left corner and spiderwebbing right that wasn 't there the last time I saw it. they insisted that the crack is what I originally had wrong with my screen even though I know and the tech who first checked me in knows it wasn't there before the laptop left the best buy to the external geek squad facility. but obviously they won't admit that because that's a $500 problem that they don't want to be theirs

@Totalanimefan: I keep my laptops plugged in probably way more than they should be so that's part of it...and I'm not as careful with the charging cord when I pack it to go places as it requires lmao
