@jessamine: thank you so much.. yes this topic is close to my heart I don't think they do enough for people with mental health .. I just put a wee bit out about myself so that others feel comfortable talking about it .. I'm good at coping most days my daughter keeps me too busy to think about it .. if you ever need anyone to talk to u can message me any time 💙

@starboy: anxiety is when you start to panic about things and over think things and sometimes can end up in a panic attack .. although sometimes panic attacks can happen when you least expect them.. it's a weird sensation and you can feel your heart beat loud .. first time I took one I thought I was taking a heart attack .. and that's not exaggerating my heart was beating so fast I could hear it then after 10-20 minutes of going through it you get the shivers .. it's not nice at all

@wildfire: yeah I try not to watch the news too much or be on social media my anxiety hasn't been as bad .. I hope for all our sakes things start getting better

@koneko: aww thank you so much .. I just hate to see people suffering and not knowing that we're here to talk to when they need to .. I love this community too we all go through similar stuff so we get each other and understand what each others going through

@ava: aww thank you so much.. yes this is my favourite community so far everyone's so lovely and helpful and so Friendly.. and that's very true hun I agree

@wildfire: aww thank you hun it's just so sad to see so many people suffering and feeling like they don't have anybody or feeling they aren't good enough... And to top it all off all this covid mess is making people feeling even worse because we all turn to family and friends when we feel low and we go out and socialise and it makes us feel a bit better and now we can't even do that

Hey guys :) I see s lot of people on here dealing with alot... Depression and anxiety and stress related stuff.. I suffer bad anxiety too so I understand how you guys feel.. but I just want to say that I'm here for you all if you guys ever need to chat or vent even if we've never spoken before never feel awkward round me I don't judge anyone I've been through alot in my life I've made lots of mistakes too so I don't have room to judge.. I may go quiet some days but that's just me having an off day or two but you guys can message me any time .. I don't like the thought of someone thinking they're alone and have nobody.. I might be just a pixel avatar that u don't really know but I'm a good listener and sometimes talking helps .. hit me up anytime I know it's hard for everyone right now with what's going on in the world untop of other things that are very stressful .. we will all get through this ❤️

@moodyb: hey there hun I like chatting with you I don't think you ever talk nonsense .. when ever we chatted I always enjoyed the conversation.. conversation isn't supposed to be a specific type of way .. true friends can talk the biggest pile of nonsense and still enjoy the conversation and that person's company .. very sad to hear that u feel like this :( I wish there was something I could do to make u feel better ... I'm always around if u need to vent or chat ... Don't ever feel awkward here .. u have friends here who care about you .. ❤️
