She didn't say anything, but there was plenty running through her head. If they hit the cafe ,l then after she'd warmed up and eaten, she could bail again and not have to risk being somewhere that was a danger to her, right? She wasn't entirely convinced that that was what would happen, how it would go, but at least she realized that it was possible.

"I..." She started before sighing.

"C-cafe. Warmer food..." She then said with a light chuckle.

She was freezing, and it wasn't hard to tell. He didn't realize how apparent it would be once they got in somewhere with proper lighting, where he could truly see her, though.

Without even thinking of it, she pulled the large coat around her more, tighter. It seemed as if she was believing that this was temporary. She didn't want to lose the coat, and it showed.

"wha-what about the kitten?" She asked almost hesitantly as she caught up to his retreating form. She wasn't sure where they were going to go for food, and if somewhere to order food... She was sure the kitten wouldn't be allowed.

@Anarchist Beauty: Well, at least you're under warranty!
But that still freaking sucks

@Anarchist Beauty: Jesus... That really sucks Ana DX
I hope the repairs aren't gonna cost TOO much!

What happened, anyway?

She was silent for a moment before nodding.

"I... haven't eaten in aw-while." A bit of a stammer coming from the shivers.

"Admittedly..." She added with a light sigh.

She remained silent for a moment as she weighed the pros and cons of his offer in her head. She didn't avoid an answer for long before sighing and climbing out of the cube, carefully of course, with the kitten in her bag and everything else in her pockets.

"Well, if you're going to kill me, I'd be dead either way." She commented with a shrug.

"So sure. I'd gladly take some shelter."

@Mandy Amour: Ooooh
The GTA skyline would be gorgeous I think.

Beyond that, nahhh, I'm not. The contrast is sharper and better in the pic. Lol.
I like the sharper contrast. XD

@Mandy Amour: Oh, I know.
But I mean the flash caught the colours better than the naked eye does for that one. THe photo looks better than the paper sitting in front of me. Lol.

She was silent for a moment before sighing.

"Why else would someone be hiding here on such a miserable day?" She asked, barely able to hide the tooth chatttering that she could feel. Somehow, she didn't know how she was able to hide it, but she was.

She was silent for a moment.

"What do oyu want the cat for?" She asked, pulling her bag a bit closer to her. She was not interested in handing it over and it would just mean trouble for the cat. But at the same time... she realized that she really had no choice at this point. It sucked, but at least she could try and be standing up for the feline for a moment, or three.

Right?

shitshitshitshitSHIT! she screamed mentally, not entirely sure what it was that she could do about all this. She knew that if she were to try and crawl out of there and run, that she'd be in a lot of trouble. They would know she was there instantly, and she was sure she didn't want to be caught.

She closed her bag, and while she left it open enough for the kitten to get out, she closed it enough that if she grabbed the bag and ran, it would be all right. At the same time, she was shoving things in her pockets as best she could. She didn't have much space, but ... she had to do what she could.

She just sighed when she saw the cat before crawling out and making her way over to it.

"Come here you." She said quietly, kindly, before holding a hand out, hoping it would come to her. Once it was close enough, she carefully, gently, scooped it up and crawled back into where she was hiding. She the4n dumped her bag out, grateful for it being largely water resistant, and set the kitty inside with a sweater she had in there.

"Dry off and warm up." She said as she used the sleeve of the sweater to try and dry it off a bit.
