@Amber Lynne: Yeah pretty good. I started out with cream of chicken and went from there but I think it would have been better if I would have used water and bullion cubes (to make stock). I didn't really like the cream of chicken from the box.

My cycle hasn't been "normal" for years. But it had been almost normal since November until it skipped last month. This month's flow is so heavy it's feels like someone is physically scraping out my uterine lining 🙃
@Lilykin: Yeah my flow was really heavy this month too. If you go on BC it helps you be more normal with your periods.
