I had that problem too, and I had to force myself to work out to see any difference. The shitty thing is, if I take a small break from working out, I gain back like 15lbs. ):

@Tsundererra: ME TOO!!!
my body is all "you got to that weight. so it should be your norm. right?"
Nooooooooo T.T
and also working out and getting muscles gives me MORE weight because muscle is heavier then fat. which makes zero sense to me....
especially when the charts are all like. "Look chicka, you're this tall, and your weight is this. So you FAT" Well check my BMI 'doc" cause i have muscles!!!

@Shadami: A few years ago, I got a personal trainer who helped me lose a lot of weight, but in the beginning, I gained weight because she made me do strength training. I remember I cried because I thought it was me failing even though I was doing everything, but she told me that I was gaining muscle, and muscle is heavier than fat, but it takes up waaaaay less space than fat. Plus more muscles mean you burn more energy when you’re not moving around. So as you lose more fat and gain more muscles, you’ll see a difference. The goal is to not get too much muscle (unless that’s your goal).
Oof, I really wish I could afford a trainer again. They really help a lot...
