I haven't been on a ton this week. Mostly been popping on to collect the daily ship, and see if there's any news on the event. My luck, it'll be going on when I'm on vacation and have little to no time to be online. xD;

That's a nice little vacation. Doing anything special, or was the post above it?

We're traveling a little all over northeast and central Florida. Orlando for the most part, with a day trip to the Tampa/St. Pete area somewhere while we're in Orlando. Then after we get back home to the Jacksonville area, gonna try to go to St. Augustine, which is only half an hour from where we live, and also go up to Savannah, which is about 2 hours from us. Vacation for us is August 3rd-15th, and I return to work on the 16th. Kiddo starts back to school on the 16th as well.

That's when Otakon is. It's an anime con. It's in DC. So it's not like I have to travel far lol

Oh that does sound nice. I want to go to Savannah sometime. I heard that it's nice there.

Ahh, well that sounds like a ton of fun!! And even more awesome that you don't have to travel far--less expensive haha. I need to remember to try to go to Wasabicon here. It's not huge, but they've got some awesome voice actors that I don't wanna miss! Plus I just reeeeally need to go to a con again haha.

Savannah is amazing!! I just love walking around looking at all the shops and eating wherever. The riverwalk is a bit rough because it's mostly oooold cobblestones and stuff, so if you ever go, bring some good walking shoes!! Also I've NEVER seen so many coffee shops in one area...at least in the touristy part, there seemed to be one on every corner!

Yeah it will be great not being the one that has to travel the furthest each year. Cause that was me for a while.

I love going to walkable cute cities like that! I want to try all of their amazing food too! I always bring good walking shoes with me when I travel. It's a must have.
