So yeah, literally no one (in our group of over 40 people) will stay over at her house alone after the first time.

The short version of the story is that back when the country was young, my grandma's house was built.
But right before then, was another house of similar style.
It burnt to the ground.
with the "help" (lol, it was a long time ago), and the family of 8 (9? I forget) still inside of it.
They basically bulldozed it (I'm guessing plows and horses) into the hole where the foundation was.
INCLUDING ALL OF THE DEAD PEOPLE
And then built my grandma's house on the same foundation. :|
Her house is haunted as sh****
She just waves it off as cupboards slam open and shut by themselves while everyone is clustered in the kitchen during holidays. XDD;;
"That's not there."
OH, OKAY.
Reference it directly, while telling us it's not there. XD;;;
The faucets turn on, she just turns them off like it's no big thing.
You can hear some loud dude in heavy boots pacing in the hallway upstairs
She used to tell us "Oh no, it's just the wind, it's not haunted."
Now she straight up goes "Oh yes, it is. We didn't want to scare you when you were little, and had to sleep up there by yourself."
