I would say a used iPad. But I don’t know your budget.
@inatlaka: There is a pen but it doesn’t come bundled. But I’m sure that some 2nd hand sellers would have a pen too.

@inatlaka: Get an older generation Wacom intuos. I was still using my intuos 3 until I upgraded to a Cintiq, and that buddy lasted me about 10 years. :D My friend got one for like $60 on eBay a few months back.

@inatlaka: I have a wacom intuos 3 that I got in 2005. I don't use it everyday, but I'm still amazed that it works like new. It's been through countless moves and at times I've dropped it on hardwood floors and even concrete once. They have updated drivers so it still works well on new computers. I know a lot of old products lose support and it can be hard to get them working, but wacom is different. c:

XP pen has some great affordable tablets as well as Huion.
Some range below $100 depending on what you are looking for or what peeks your interest
but i think Huion and XP pen make some great tablets that are affordable.
