my body is such a disaster

at this point I don't even know if certain things are worth bringing up to a doctor, because there's just... there's so many things

i don't know what's normal anymore

:(

anyone else dealing with physical and/or mental problems?

Always bring it up. Maybe you could see another Dr or get a referral? And do you see someone for your mental health? I like my therapist and I don’t know what I would do without her

I second what Total says. Bring it up to your doctor or therapist, and if they aren’t taking you seriously or rubbing you the right way, find another doctor/therapist just to get a second opinion.

I started seeing a new therapist today, and I like her better than the one I saw years ago, but still too early to tell if she’s the right fit for me.

@Shark: you definnetly should bring up everything at a doctor....they just can help you if they know everything! maybe its one big disease with many small symptoms!

it can be hard to bring up concerns but its always worth a shot. plus, even tho switching doctor/therapist can be a pain, you might end up finding the perfect one for you!

Yeah I mean, I have a list of things I want to mention to the doctor. It's just that last time, unfortunately, I only got to talk about my back pain and she never asked if I had any more questions. :/ So that was just really disappointing, since they usually always ask that.

@Totalanimefan: at this rate it's gonna take me like 10 visits to ask all the questions I need. D: not including any tests I might need... ugh

Can you write an email to your Dr?

@Shark: Definitely feel you there. It sucks to have a laundry list of stuff to bring up at the docs.
It helped me to write an actual list. Start working on the stuff that impacts your life most directly first? :3
