It was a nymph world they created themselves and me and my friends all joined to RP together.
That was the first time I had ever even heard of role-play writing and forums.
Then, I joined HPRPG (Harry Potter rpg) the forum and I was active there for a number of years.
I got really into pixel art because people were doing pixel art of their characters,
So I joined some pixel art forums. And that's when I first learned about Gaia.
And after Gaia I joined a bunch of avatar forums!
Now I'm only on Voltra because it has a nice friendly environment and too many other places are toxic.

Sounds like you've had a blast up until toxic areas got stumbled on and began overrunning some of those sites.
