In Russia they have very strict laws about the homosexuality and the European Court of Human Rights already said it's against the laws.

Then Rammstein had a performance in Russia and the 2 guitarist kissed on stage. They put it on their Instagram with the text "we love you Russia" in Russian under it.

They also a performance in Poland a while ago, another country with strict laws against homosexuality. The result:

All The Things She Said was also a protest against Russia’s anti-lgbt laws. That song was even banned from Russian radio and tv because the girls kissed in the video.
They later revealed that they weren’t lesbians or in love, but they did it against those laws.
