The ones that came with my condo have to be from the 80’s at least. I’ve never seen such an old machines.
So my husband and I decided to get a new washer and dryer. We had already done the measurements. We picked out ones by LG. They are arriving tomorrow.

And I’ll tell you what, I’m so excited for them! I can’t wait to do laundry and it take less than half the time. I can’t wait until I have machines that aren’t wreaking my clothes. I want to be able to wash more than 1 sheet or 3 towels at a time! It’s going to be awesome.
I think I’m going to wash all of my towels first. Then my bedsheets.

The adulting is strong with me today.

@Totalanimefan: Haha congratulations!! yeah the newer washers are insanely awesome! I can have a load done in 15 mins the shortest. but most take 30 mins to an hour. I dont have a dryer but with my machine's spin I can get dry clothes within a day if its sunny enough.

@Saeyra: yeah that’s amazing. Right now it’s like 45mins to an hour then another 1 1/2 hours for drying. And most times the towels and bedsheets aren’t dry yet
