@Bioshock: I saw a documentary about food laws before. They showed things about the USA and also the top 5 countries with the strictest food laws.
Aftet that, I was glad to live in that top 5 and swore I would never move to the US.

@Bioshock: I also come from a free country, but they are strict when it comes to food products.
Farmers here have rules about what they can feed the animals, there are all sorts of rules what chemical products they can pit in the food, there are rules for factories how they make things.
And yet we still have things that, you think you eat beef, but, surprise, it was actually horse.

@koneko: there are supplements and drinks here with it, but I was hoping on an easier way

@koneko: we only get 1 brand with soy milk and 1 kind of cornflakes that have extra vitamins in it.
And, with those cornflakes, it’s only a few kinds of 1 brand and that brand is expensive af.

That is expensive plus shipping cost is minor heart attack when you see the price
