@Hadsvich: Boy I wish my cat did that. Instead he does things to get my attention like bite my plants. He only does it when I'm in the room with the plants.
Ringfit is a great way to exercise. You could try and have your sugar in the morning instead of at night, that helps, and also it doesn't help if you go cold turkey. Just a little bit overtime is better. :)
My cat does it sometimes, he's adorable. * u* He'll also come cuddle when he wants though.
